Taura
Engineering the investor funnel for a next-gen sports car
A high-performance automotive startup backed by ex-Volkswagen and Toyota F1 engineers, seeking to disrupt a stagnant sports car market through a blueprint-investment model.
Execution and market impact
When a product is pre-revenue, execution speed and structural clarity are the only metrics that matter to an investor. Here is what I delivered:
From Prototype to Live MVP
Turned a raw physical prototype into a working digital MVP and an investment funnel.
Two Paths for Investors
Serious investors could either book an in-person viewing of the prototype or ask for a private investment briefing, without going through a sales call first.
A Plan for After Launch
The founder finished with a post-launch roadmap: what to build next, and where to spend on acquisition.
From prototype to first working version
Taura did not lack engineering brilliance. Their team had the pedigree to build a world-class sports car. What they lacked was the digital infrastructure to sell that vision.
The founder approached me with a blank slate: a physical prototype and an ambitious idea, but zero experience in scaling a digital presence or structuring a team. He needed an MVP to attract early-stage investors, but the sheer scale of the project was causing operational friction. I did not just build a website. I provided the organisational clarity required to launch.
Market positioning and technical strategy
This project is the perfect demonstration of how I run a studio. A traditional agency would have bloated the budget with unnecessary overhead. Instead I brought in exactly the expertise it needed.
Joaquín Imberti led the competitor analysis and forged a brand identity built around F1-level precision. I took that and built the digital product: writing the conversion copywriting, designing the UI, and developing the platform. Strict deadlines and a clear division of responsibilities are what kept it coherent.
Structuring the investor funnel
The biggest challenge wasn't simply making the website look "premium." It was designing a digital asset that acts as a silent, high-ticket sales representative.
I needed to build instant trust with a highly sceptical audience: automotive investors. The solution was a friction-free landing page that strips away the noise, highlights the engineering pedigree, and drives users directly toward our primary conversion goals (booking a physical viewing or initiating contact). It's not a brochure; it's an acquisition tool.

Fiwind
The same job at a hundred times the scale. Product, funnel and evidence, but on a financial app that grew to 800,000 users.

Mate en Mano
Another funnel, except this one takes money at the end: a store that had to work in three languages and four European checkouts.
