It starts with a conversation, not a form. You describe the symptoms: the slow pages, the checkout that drops orders, the plugin update that broke something last quarter. From there I get a first read on how deep the problem actually goes.

Under-the-hood inspection
Temporary backend access, or your own screenshots
I ask for temporary access to your CMS backend to audit the real state of the site. Uneasy about handing out credentials? Specific screenshots of the areas I flag work just as well. Either way, I look at what is running your site, not what it looks like from the front end.

Custom roadmap
Delivered after the inspection, not before
Only once I have seen the interior do I put a number on it. You get a custom quote and an execution timeline scoped to the actual severity of the technical debt I found, not a generic package priced for a site I have never opened.
