Web & Mobile Apps
Designed and built by the same two people, on one scope, from the first screen to the shipped release.
Freefirst call
One call to scope the project.
Your price follows that call.
You own the code and the design files.
Most products die in the gap between the design file and the repository. Somebody draws the happy path, somebody else builds around it, and the thing that ships is neither. I run this like a studio. One person accountable for the whole thing, backed by specialists who already know how I work. What you approve is what you get.
What "run like a studio" means in practice
Big scope gets broken into goals you can reach one at a time. Faster, and better made along the way. A small number of clients at a time is the whole point: what ships is personal, not queued behind someone else's account.
Big scope, broken into small wins
Large projects get decomposed into milestones you can actually ship. A better result at each stage, not just a reveal at the very end.
Design that survives contact with code
Components, states, edge cases and empty screens, drawn as a system a developer can implement without inventing the missing half.
A few clients at a time, on purpose
Fewer accounts running at once means each project gets real attention. The difference between personalised, well-worked output and one more brief in a queue.
What I offer
9+ years as a product designer. And, when the project needs it, the developer to build and ship what gets designed.
Design
Product design from a blank canvas to a large-scale product already carrying real traffic. Design systems built on Figma variables and tokens, so design and code never drift apart. Plus custom illustration and Lottie-ready motion, shipped light.
Development
A full-stack developer on the team, with experience shipping products ready to launch on web and app. Front end, back end, and server and domain management when the project needs it. All handled in-house.
Research
Competitive analysis, product benchmarking, user testing, surveys and interviews. Decisions get made on evidence, not on whoever spoke last in the room.
How I work
Years embedded inside internal product teams and as an external partner brought in for a specific problem. Fintech, automotive, ecommerce. Equally capable working solo or plugging into a process someone else already built.
What I build
Six areas, in this order. Everything in the scope document belongs to one of them.
Onboarding and first use
Sign up, invite, empty states and the first real action. The part of the product that decides whether anyone sees the rest of it.
The core loop
The thing people come back to do, on desktop and on a phone. It gets the most design attention because it gets the most use.
Accounts, plans and payments
Roles and permissions, plan selection, checkout, billing states. Integrated with Stripe or your provider rather than rebuilt from scratch.
The design system
Type scale, colour, spacing, components and their states, defined once and shared by the file and the code. It is what keeps screen forty consistent with screen one.
Performance on real devices
Bundle size, load time, response to taps, behaviour on mobile data. I test on a mid-range phone, not on the machine I built it with.
Accessibility and resilience
Contrast, focus states, keyboard paths, and what the screen does when the request fails. WebAIM found 95.9% of home pages fail WCAG. Yours does not have to.
Who's behind this project
For Web & Mobile Apps builds, this is who you would actually be working with. Not a rotating roster, not a junior reporting up to someone senior after the fact.
Fabián Leone
Product Designer & Founder
9+ years as a product designer across fintech, automotive and ecommerce. From blank-canvas MVPs to large-scale products already carrying traffic. Took Fiwind from its first MVP to 800,000+ users and a 4.5 to 4.8 star rating, scaling from sole designer to leading the team.
Cristian Giosue
Full-Stack Developer
5+ years building full-stack products. React and Node on the front and back end, Power BI and DAX for data-heavy features. Ships products ready to launch on web and app, servers and domain setup included when the project needs it.
Hire one designer. Work with a full team.
I am not just here to fix your interface. I bring in specialists I have already shipped with, and I stay accountable for what they deliver.
You brief me once
You brief me once. I carry it through design, development coordination and growth, so nothing gets lost in translation between three different vendors.
A bench of specialists on call
Developers and marketers I've worked with before, brought in only when the project actually needs them. Never a markup buried in your invoice.
Senior work, no agency layers
No account managers, no hand-offs between departments. The same level of attention on day one and on day ninety.
Freefirst call
The first call is free and commits you to nothing. Once I've scoped the flows, platforms and integrations together, you get one number for the whole build. Not a moving target.
Start a projectThe audit is the cheaper way to find out. Brand, web, ecommerce and growth all sit on the same page.
