Marketing and Branding

Growth strategy and brand identity, run by the same two people. So the ads look like they belong to you.

Freefirst call

One team for brand and growth.

Talk about growth

You are spending money on ads and you cannot say which euro brought a customer. Or the ads work, but they look like they belong to a different company than the one on your homepage. Brand and growth are usually sold as two separate retainers, by two agencies that have never spoken to each other. I run this like a studio: the same two people define who you are for, and run the campaigns that reach them.

What "run like a studio" means in practice

Here brand and growth are the same two people, on the same call, working from the same positioning. So the ad matches the site matches the pitch deck.

One positioning, every channel

The line that defines who you are for gets decided once. From there it is what the ad says, what the landing page says and what you say on a call. Not three versions competing with each other.

Tracking before spending

Conversions, values and sources wired up first. Optimising against numbers you cannot trust is worse than not optimising at all.

Few clients, because both take attention

Running growth and protecting a brand at the same time is not a part-time job split across accounts. A small number of clients is what makes both possible without either one slipping.

What I offer

Positioning and identity when you need them built or fixed, and a growth specialist who has spent years turning traffic into customers.

Brand & Positioning

The one-line positioning, messaging and, when the project needs one, a full visual identity: logo, type, colour, guidelines, defined as reusable tokens rather than a set of flat exports.

Paid Acquisition

Google Ads bought against intent, not impressions. Structure, keywords, negatives and budget, pruned weekly instead of left running quietly since setup.

Conversion & Landing Pages

The page the click lands on is designed and tested as part of the campaign, not handed off to someone meeting the brand for the first time. Message match, one clear action, one test at a time.

Content & Creative

Ad copy, landing pages and supporting content, drafted with AI and edited by someone who knows the brand. Volume without the tonal sludge that gives AI content away.

Research

A teardown of the competition, real conversations with the people who will buy, and a read of what your market already sounds like, before a euro gets spent or a line gets written.

How I work

Years embedded inside internal teams and as an external partner. Equally capable running the whole thing solo or plugging into a process someone else already built.

What I work on

Six areas, in this order. Everything in the monthly report belongs to one of them. Or in the identity guidelines, if that is where you start.

Measurement you can trust

Analytics, conversion events, values, consent mode and offline conversions where they matter. This comes first because everything else is decided with it.

Positioning and identity

The one-line positioning, and a visual identity: logo, type, colour, guidelines. Built or refined when the project needs one. Everything downstream inherits this.

Paid search

Google Ads: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding and budget. Bought against intent, not against impressions.

Copy and creative

Ads, landing page copy and supporting content, drafted with AI, edited by hand and checked against the brand voice. Not just checked for typos.

Landing pages

The page the click lands on, designed for the promise the ad made. Message match, one clear action, tested one change at a time.

The economics

Cost per acquisition against what a customer is worth, month over month. If those two numbers never cross, I say so instead of optimising forever.

Who's behind this project

For Marketing and Branding work, this is the full team. Brand, growth and conversion, not a rotating account team or a separate agency for each one.

LinkedIn

One brief. Brand, growth and conversion.

I am not just here to run your ads. I am the single point of contact for the person who defines your positioning and runs the campaigns that prove it. Already used to working together.

One person, briefed once

You explain the business one time. From there it moves through positioning, campaigns and the pages they point to, without repeating yourself to a branding agency and a media buyer separately.

Brand and growth, not brand then growth

The same person who defines the positioning also runs the campaigns that test it against real people. No handoff, no drift between what the deck says and what the ad says.

No account managers, no bloat

No retainer padded with reporting meetings nobody asked for. The same senior attention on the account in month one and month twelve.

Freefirst call

There is no fixed price on this page. What you pay depends on the scope. And whether it is ongoing growth, a positioning and identity project, or both.

The first call is free and commits you to nothing. Ongoing growth work settles into a fixed monthly fee, separate from your ad spend. A standalone positioning or identity project gets its own fixed quote, agreed before anyone opens a design file.

No percentage of ad spend, ever. That model pays me to spend more of your money.

Traffic is the last thing to fix, not the first

If the product or the store leaks, the audit is the cheaper place to start. They all sit on the same page.
