CMS to Code
Drop the CMS. Your site rebuilt as plain code that loads fast and has nothing left to update.

Your price follows the review.
You own the code and the servers.
Running a heavy CMS for a site that does not need one is like driving a tank to the supermarket. It comes loaded with updates you did not ask for, vulnerabilities you cannot see, and hosting costs that creep every year. I take your existing design, extract it, and rebuild it in pure code. Nothing to patch, nothing to update, nothing left for a plugin to break.
How it works
Three steps. Nothing gets quoted until I have seen what I would be migrating.

Architecture review call

What the site runs on today, why you want off it, and what "done" looks like. If a migration is not actually the right move for you, you hear it here. Not three invoices later.
-
02
Site & content audit
Templates, integrations, content volume
I go through the existing site page by page: how many templates it actually needs, which integrations (payments, forms, email) have to survive the move, and how content really gets edited today.

03
Custom migration roadmap
Delivered after the audit, not before
Scope, price and platform, decided by what your site needs rather than by a package priced for a site I have never opened. Lightweight pure code, or a full React, Next.js or Astro build.
What you get
Six things pure code gives you that a CMS never will.
Speed you do not have to manage
Lighthouse scores in the 90 to 100 range. Pure code has nothing left to strip out. It just runs.
No maintenance, no plugin hell
No update ever breaks this site again. Nothing to patch, nothing that can break on its own.
GDPR handled in the code
Compliance and cookie blocking live in the code itself, not in a paid third-party plugin you have to keep renewing.
Hosting that costs next to nothing
Modern architectures deploy to Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare or Railway. Infrastructure priced for exactly this kind of code.
Editable by chatting with an AI
No CMS, no dashboard to learn. Tell an assistant already loaded with your code what to change, and it changes it.
You own all of it
Your code, your servers. No contract with me is required to keep it running.
What this is not
It is not a redesign. I extract and rebuild what already exists. The visual design does not change unless you ask for that separately.
It is not for every site. If you publish daily or need non-technical editors adding pages constantly, a classic CMS still wins. I will tell you so.
It is not a black box. You get the repository, the deploy pipeline, and a walkthrough. Nothing lives only in my head.
It is not a subscription. Once it ships, no retainer is required to keep it running.
Is this a fit?
This is not the right tool for every site, and I would rather send you elsewhere than sell you the wrong thing.
This is for you if
You run a corporate site, a SaaS landing page, a B2B portfolio, or an e-commerce store chasing maximum speed and control.
Your content changes occasionally. Pricing, case studies, a handful of pages, not multiple times a day.
You want to stop paying for a CMS subscription and a maintenance retainer at the same time.
This is not for you if
You run a digital newspaper, a high-volume news outlet, or a blog publishing daily. A classic CMS is hard to beat for that. Ask me about Performance & Speed Overhaul instead.
Multiple non-technical editors need to publish new pages constantly, without ever touching code.
You need a plugin marketplace to bolt on new functionality every month.
Freefirst call
The architecture review is free and it is a technical evaluation, not a sales pitch. What you pay is decided only after I have reviewed what you have today.
Book the architecture reviewIf the problem is speed and compliance on the CMS you already have, start with the Overhaul instead. Brand, web, ecommerce and growth all sit on the same page.
